Prescott Film Festival is Here

This year the Prescott Film Festival runs nine days – June 9 – 17th.

Screening in the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center, the festival takes place in comfort with a high quality presentation.

The first weekend kicks off, (literally) with the fast-paced documentary, Alive and Kicking.  Live music from the Yavapai College Music Department and swing dancing from Flying Nest Studio and the NAU Swing Jacks follow the screening.  Everyone is invited to get up and DANCE!

Julia Butler and Daniel Mentz the co-directors of Slipaway 6.10, 12:15 am (in person)

Floating Horses: The Life of Casey Tibbs:  The list  of in-person guests is LONG and we are thrilled about it.

AND:  The filmmaker for short film screening in the program, Wild Horses, Wild Men will be there for a Q&A.  Saturday 6.10, 3:00pm.

Daniel Roebuck:  work-in-progress screening of Getting Grace, Sunday 6.11, 6:30pm This is Daniel’s feature film directorial debut.  

Student Film Showcase:  Sunday June 11th, 12:15pm, Building 3, Room 119, Yavapai College.
