Numerous Prescott Gateway Mall merchants are renewing leases and one tenant is announcing a major renovation, according to the Tabani Group. “Retailers Cost Plus World Market and Pier 1 Imports have both renewed their leases through 2020, and Payless Shoes has renewed through 2019,” said property manager Bob Liples.
In addition, a popular clothing retailer will be renovating their store. Maurice’s “is moving into a temporary space a few doors down during the upgrade and renovation to their current space to make it better than ever,” added Liples.
Prescott Gateway Mall shoppers can expect changes in the coming months to include new tenants, events and enhancements, while tenants will be able to expect a closer relationship with mall management and increased foot traffic.
“In just a few months since acquiring the mall, the Tabani Group has exceeded expectations and shown a strong commitment to reinvigorating the mall for tenants and shoppers,” said Mayor Marlin Kuykendall. “The lease renewals and renovation project signal a bright future for the mall and the City of Prescott.”
