Your wellness is critical. Healthy cells are essential. And, being proactive is key.
Two years ago, we saw the need to shift from reactive caring to proactive and preventative options to provide the Prescott community an alternative option for health care prevention. We have loved every patient we cared for in the hospital, but we really wanted to impact them at home in their everyday lives.
You may have seen businesses and clinics offering IV vitamins and hydration and may not really understand what it is or why you or your loved one would get one.
Simply put, our bodies need vitamins and nutrients to perform essential functions. We traditionally get these from our food sources. But as we age, experience stress, have chronic health conditions, breathe in polluted air, eat pesticides, drink alcohol, get exposed to viruses, or fail to drink enough water, our body may not absorb the micronutrients from the food we eat.
IV vitamins can be a safe and effective alternative for delivering micronutrients to our cellular system, so we may boost our mood, energy and immunity and calm our tense muscles, anxiety, sleepless nights and body aches.
Each vitamin provides different benefits for your overall health and wellness. When in the setting of a registered nurse, under the direction of a medical director, the goal is to listen to what you are struggling with and provide you with education and vitamin benefit options so you can be proactive in your own health and wellness journey.

People ask, why get IV vitamins, when we can take supplements? We encourage everyone to continue to take their vitamins; however, many get busy with to-do lists, put the vitamins in their pockets to take after they eat and find them later when they start their laundry. Routine IV vitamins may be an effective step in replenishing your cellular health, energy and productivity.
Clients share their stories of having fewer hospital and doctor visits. Many are experiencing a decrease in migraines, more energy and better moods. Infusions may assist those with chronic pain related to autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal issues and so much more. And when our aging parents forget to drink water and stay hydrated, IV hydration may assist in preventing confusion and unnecessary urinary tract infections. Athletes report fewer cramps, more endurance and experience less fatigue after intense training sessions. And with cold and flu season here, boosting your body with antioxidants is a great way to be ready for what’s “going around” so you don’t have to lose a day or two at home in bed.
The best part about IV infusions is they can be completed in your home, office or at an IV location in town. They don’t have to interrupt the activities of life.
IV vitamins and hydration, what is the hype all about?
It’s about you protecting your body from oxidative stress, which impacts how you absorb vitamins. It’s about you taking initiative in your own wellness plan. Finally, it’s about having energy, clear thinking, and better sleep so you can enjoy your relationships, career and life. QCBN
