The group TIP, the Trauma Intervention Program, is seeking volunteers in the Quad Cities. Training will begin March 20th in Prescott. Individuals interested in helping traumatized victims, working closely with police officers, firefighters and other emergency responders should consider becoming a Certified Trauma Intervention Program volunteer. Volunteer. TIP is a group of specially trained citizen volunteers who provide emotional and practical support to victims of traumatic events. Volunteers are called to a crisis by authorized police officers, firefighters, and hospital personnel. Training starts March 20th in Prescott.
