This weekly series of hands-on workshops will give participants a basic grounding in computer use in four of the most commonly requested areas. Each topic will build on the one previously presented. Workshops will be on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. in the upper level Training Room.
Class size is limited to ten people per session but the series will repeat every month so if you miss the February series, there will be another one next month.

March 6, Basic Computer Skills Workshop. Learn to use a mouse, keyboard and some basic skills with a self-paced tutorial and an instructor on hand to help.
March 13, Basic Internet Skills Workshop. Learn about the Internet, visit recommended sites and learn how to navigate them.Basic mouse skills are necessary.
March 20, Basic Word Processing Skills Workshop. Learn basic word processing tips and tricks by editing a pre-existing document, making format changes and saving the updated document to a flash drive. Basic mouse and keyboard skills are necessary.
March 27, Basic Email Skills Workshop. Set up an email account with Yahoo! Send messages, read, reply to, forward and delete emails. Basic keyboard and mouse skills are necessary.
