The Wheelmobile Comes to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel

March 29, 2015 By quadcities Leave a Comment

May 2-3, 2015

Your entertainment destination, Cliff Castle Casino Hotel, will be the site of an open call contestant search for the tremendously popular game show Wheel of Fortune. The show, hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White, has seen thousands of contestants spin the wheel and buy vowels for over 30 years. The nationwide contestant searches provide a chance for people from all over the country to be on the show, televised locally on KTVK, Channel 3 in Phoenix. The big yellow “Wheelmobile” searches far and wide for the interesting, often colorful contestants you see on the show. On May 2 and 3, from 1p to 5p, that quest for contestants brings them to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. The stage at Stargazer Pavilion will be abuzz with excitement as prospective contestants come up to test their mettle at solving puzzles. Although Pat and Vanna will not be present, Wheel of Fortune representatives will be on hand to make selections and ensure the proceedings run smoothly.

Contestants will fill out a brief application for the chance to be randomly selected to audition, in groups of five, and show off their puzzle-solving skills. All guests can enjoy the proceedings from seats within the Stargazer Pavilion. Don’t miss this chance to audition to be a contestant on America’s Favorite Game Show!

Stargazer Pavilion, May 2 and 3, 1p – 5p. Admission and tryouts are free.
