An estimated 1,200 women, men and children joined in a Women’s March around the snow-covered Courthouse Square in historic downtown Prescott on Saturday, Jan. 21, one of many protests across the nation. Participants carried American flags and signs in support of Planned Parenthood and women’s health, as well as messages about immigration and diversity. “It is so cool to have been a part of something global, peaceful and positive,” said Heather Gieger.
