For business owners, local leaders, residents and visitors, the Quad Cities Business News offers information that matters including insights from local experts on topics such as the economy, real estate, job growth, business trends, insurance options, home and garden maintenance, and health care news.
The monthly business newspaper will officially announce its presence in the Quad Cities area with a symbolic ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce.
“Our unique format reaches an informed, involved, target audience that makes decisions, takes action and invests in the community,” said QCBN co-owner Tom Brecke. “Our team strives to bring the Quad Cities relevant and meaningful information that helps successful business people stay focused and current.”
QCBN has been distributing this free publication to the area since October 2013.
“We are pleased with the response we’ve received from our advertising and content in the Quad Cities Business News,” said Country Bank Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer Ryan Glennan. “We’ve received several complements about our articles from existing customers and other community members and feel it’s been a worthwhile investment.”
Quad Cities Business News publishes monthly and serves Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey/Humboldt and Chino Valley. Each month 2,000 copies are mailed to businesses and 2,000 are mailed to homes where the income is $150,000 and above. Some 6,000 copies are distributed for public enjoyment at businesses around the market in more than 110 prime locations.
“Quad Cities Business News focuses on news of our communities concerning business, health care and education. QCBN does not cover Afghanistan, we don’t chase ambulances and we don’t cover sports. We will cover news from outside our area if it pertains to local business,” said QCBN Editor Bonnie Stevens.
QCBN also supports local non-profit organizations such as the local Law Enforcement Toy Drive, for example, with stories, ads and active participation. It’s sister publication is the Flagstaff Business News.
