The Lookout, formerly known as Jay’s Bird Barn, has opened a bigger store, offering more bird products, optics and Hallmark products. “My name isn’t Jay. We don’t sell birds and we’re not in a barn,” said Eric Moore, joking about the reasons for the name change. Moore owns The Lookout with his wife, Gay.
