Morgan and Elaine Polsky have opened Healthy Essentials, the first health food store in Chino Valley. The couple moved here because while they were working at the Chino Valley Bible Sabbath Church, they wanted a side job. Morgan believes there is nothing better than helping people by addressing health issues.
