Let me introduce you to Mr. Arch. Mr. Arch (Todd Marolf) works in the Yavapai County area has supernatural superpowers. If you live or own a home in the Yavapai County area and have an issue, a problem, a question, a need or a unique building question, he is the superhero that can and wants to help.
Dear Mr. Arch,
We have four grown children, all in different states, from Seattle WA., to NYC. We have moved into the Prescott area into a smaller home due to the fact that we no longer want to take care of a big home. But the children now want to visit the amazing Prescott area with grandbabies. We really don’t want to add on to our sweet new home, but don’t want the kids staying in a motel when they visit.
Any ideas?
Downsizing
Dear Downsizing,
What a great problem to have. Yes, the Prescott area is an amazing place to live and visit and I have the perfect solution for you. By adding a small cottage to your property, you will be able to have your family close when they visit. This will also add value to your property, without making changes to the home you love. This small cottage can include everything needed for the perfect Prescott visit, kitchen, bathroom(s), bedroom(s), living space and even carport or garage if you would like. Also, by adding covered patios and breezeways, the small cottage will feel much bigger than the maximum 749-square-feet allowed in the Yavapai County area.
Stay tuned in downsizing, this is only one of the great benefits of adding a small cottage to your Prescott property, and I will be addressing them in the future.
